Making Pie Dough

WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- 2 & 1/2 cups all purpose flour (12 ounces)
- 8 ounces (2 sticks) cold butter cut into cubes
- 1/2 cup (4 ounces) of water
- 1 egg, lightly beaten.
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream or milk.
