Ellen Sternau

Ellen Sternau has degrees in pastry and cooking from the prestigious Culinary Institute of American as in hotel restaurant management from New York University. She has cooked at Aqua in San Francisco, Aquavit and Pisces in New York and spent four years as the executive pastry chef of Brooklyn’s famous River Café. She is currently running her own catering firm as well as teaching at New York Restaurant School at the Art Institute. In the little spare time she has she also works as a personal trainer.
